Good luck to us all. Everybody but one person on SDN got their acceptance from UMDNJ by phone. Hang tight folks.

My student interviewer had a form to fill out and even though it seemed he was writing on there throughout the interview it looked relatively blank when I was leaving. I did not worry about that but thought it was interesting.

good question! i'm already on to assuming that if i don't get a call tomorrow it's a no-go. calling on tuesday would throw that whole assumption off.

last month the committee was scheduled to meet on 10/17. acceptance phone calls went out on 10/16, 10/18(most of them), and 10/29 by phone. Don't freak out if you don't hear anything by the 23rd, I'm sure they have a lot of unfinished holiday shopping to do like I do.

You are brave to call. I'd rather wait for a phone call or letter. Their policy may be to not give info over the phone.

nah, i'm not going to call. i'm wimpy about such things because i hate the notion of the poor person answering the pohne feeling bad for me 'cause she knows i'm a reject. 🙂 i just meant if they called on any day other than monday, it would throw my assumptions off. however, on re-reading my post, i'm seeing how i was totally unclear about that one.
