What is the best way I can plan for covering my material?

Unless you made PDF's from the TBR books you purchased (which you didn't) I would delete your post.

It doesn't really matter though, as it will get locked anyway.

I didn't mean to say anything about PDFs. I had two windows up and was editing some file extensions in microsoft office. I copied and pasted half of what I was saying without thinking.

Yes, search up the Sn2 Method here on SDN. It uses the BR review books. It is very well liked.
