Withdraw from dental school

Hey guy, if anyone out there have heard about the situation I 'm in, please, I need some input. what are my chances of getting back into dental school if I withdraw. And if I reapply what will those dental schools accepted me that I turned down say to me? Have anyone heard about this before. I don't know what to do now. I withdraw after my 1st semester. I had no choice but to withdraw.
