Hey all,

I was just accepted to a school I really like, and I'm waiting for post-interview decisions from a couple of schools that I wouldn't attend over this one, even with financial incentive. I'd like to go ahead and withdraw those particular schools so I don't potentially steal anyone's good news and keep them waiting down the road. However before I do I wanted to be 100% certain that there's no reason to hold on to them. So is there any reason to keep them out there? Thanks!

Just go ahead and withdraw if you are 100% certain you will not attend them.

If you don't want to compare financial aid packages, definitely withdraw. Think about all the painful waiting you've done in this process and that by withdrawing, you are potentially saving someone else from a delayed acceptance or waitlist.

Withdraw. If you are set on this school, regardless of financial incentives, withdrawing from other schools would be the best thing to do (particularly for the rest of us w/o acceptances +pity+).

yes, please withdraw
