Withdraw - Should I be concerned?

I withdrew from a whole semester due to a family issue.

I graduated with a 3.95 with Honors and Summa Cum Laude in Biological Sciences.
I have about 100 hours of shadowing.
Was the volunteer chair for pre dental club
I will be taking DAT soon. Expecting around 20
I have two years of research in two separate labs and presented in two symposiums

Should I be concerned about the W's?

Not at all man, things happen. Just tell the dental schools once you get the interview

Agreed. Doesn't sound like there's anything else that would be a red flag so a withdrawn semester for legit reasons is nothing to fret over. Good luck on your DAT!
