Hi, Does anyone know of the policy of podiatry schools recording an administrative withdrawal towards the cumulative GPA like a WY or WA. Do they count it as a regular W or would it count as an F. I know AAMCAS counts these as Fs but I wasn't sure about pod school. anyone know?

I had 3 or 4 withdrawals, didnt affect my gpa.

I have plenty (>6)W on my transcript and it did not affect my GPA. I know that if you wait to late to drop a class and then drop it, you will still get a failing gradeb=will lower your GPA. My school had many types of Ws (Attempted but dropped too late so you get your gradem which is a F is you do not complete the class vs attempted but dropped, this looks more like a nonattepted attempt)This stuff should be in your school book of facts. Now. if your GPA is not affected by your undergrad, it will not on the aacpmas application.

thanks everyone. I called a few schools and they do not count towards final gpa as long as the undergraduate school doesnt include it towards your gpa. In case anyone else is wondering
