If you had extenuating circumstances leading to those Ws and you are asked in either a secondary app or interview, then state your reasons and how it is not representative of you.
A W affects you like a bad grade since its likely that many took a W to avoid a sub-C grade. Given that people get in with low grades in courses here and there, I believe it is critical to show that getting low grades isn't habitual for you. You have the Ws now, so there isn't much you can do aside from retaking the course and getting a great grade.
