Salty, I don't think it will affect your application much, if at all.
Another positive thing that is working towards your favor is that they happened in your 1st and 2nd years. You could point out that your final two years you haven't had any, and right off those initial ones to getting used to college and finding classes that really worked with your schedule and interested you.
After all, Ws are much better than failing.
