Hi
I am currently taking Biochem. I am not doing so good and we have one test, plus the final left. The final is worth 60% of our grade. I have an interview in March. Biochem is not a prerequiste, so I think withdrawing wouldn't be that big of a deal. Unfortunately, the withdrawal date is before the interview. Does anybody have any advice on whether or not withdrawing the class would have a negative affect? Would it be better to stick it out and earn a bad grade or withdraw? Thanks for your advice in advance.

I think you can withdraw since it's not a pre-req. I did the exact same thing last year (well different class). I would suggest trying to audit the class since you will probably be taking it in pharm school. Since you're struggling, it will be good for you to have seen the material before retrying.
