withdrawing from acceptance help!

Hi,
I was accepted to a DO school in the fall and I have since been accepted to a USMD school which I will be attending due to cost difference, location and match data.

I have paid the deposit for the DO school ( 1500 bucks ill never see again), but I now need to send them an email about withdrawing my acceptance.

My question is, can anyone advise me on how to write the email or maybe send me a template. I want to make sure I do this right.

Be honest. Just say something along the lines of:

"I'm thankful you've accepted me for your upcoming class. Unfortunately, I've received a late acceptance to a school that I believe is a better fit for me and my future. I am looking to withdraw my application and acceptance. I hope that your university is able to accept another qualified candidate into its upcoming class."

There's really no hard feelings in this, at the end of the day its a business decision.
