Withdrawing from the match

Does anyone know... if you withdraw drom the match are you still able to view results (and any unmatched program information) after the match has occured? What happens if you do not withdraw from the match but just don't rank anyplace?

If you don't rank anyone, then you won't match.

I'm not sure if you withdraw, if they let you long on to the results. It would be OK to just not rank anyone and that way you can see the list.
