No, you don't need to wear make-up. Most of the interviewers (female) don't except, maybe, some lipstick.
interesting. i ALWAYS wear makeup. i even did in college when i had early classes. and by makeup, i mean foundation, concealer, bronzer, eyeliner, mascara, and lip gloss. i guess most people don't... news to me!
oh, and i've been straightening my hair and wearing it down to all my interviews. the crazy, curly jew-fro doesn't make me feel as professional as straight, nicely brushed hair. i just try not to play with it too much
