when you log on to the ERAS workspace and go into the personal statement section it tells you.

My class was advised to impose a word limit of one page only. I might have gone over a few lines, but I'd suggest you stick as close to one page as you possibly can. You'll be surprised at how thick your ERAS app is when you see it in your interviewer's hands. An extra paragraph or two of P.S. won't win you any favors, and probably won't get read.
