My guess here is it means endeavors of the artistic variety. Doublecheck with your pre-med advisor.👍

Visual Arts: drawing, painting, sculpting, art photography, etching

Performing Arts: music, dance, drama

Some crafts such as jewelry making might go under artistic endeavors if there is a creative component to the activity (not just copying other's designs).

One might include writing (fiction, poetry) but that might be a stretch and might better fit under hobby/advocation.

Heh, I was thinking in terms of warmth - the only knitted items I have are designed for the cold winter months. I'm trying to imagine relaxing in front of a fire, covered in a knitted digestive tract...
