Can I PM someone to get some input about the amcas work/activies description. Everyone has different opinions about the "ideal" format. At this point I just want to know if what I have is passable and makes sense.

Yes, that looks fine. I put mine in narrative rather than bullet format, but it doesn't really matter as long as you convey all the important information.
