So I've worked in 6 places from high school til now, and only one shows some real committment. Will it hurt me to list several jobs when I've only worked at each of them a max of about 3 mos? Does it tell the committee that I'm not a committed person, or will it just mean that I needed a job? some of them I had to quit because of school, others just didnt plain like.

Any advice?

Thanks!

I don't think it matters too much...

People and admissions generally like to see evidence of long-term commitments, but I don't think that just because you've had 6 jobs that it shows you're not committed. I doubt it will make or break your application. I would include all 6 since some people don't even have as much experience as you!

You could also have shown your commitment through other ways: volunteering for a place for a long while, being in a school organization, etc.

It's probably more important that you're committed to the profession and like dentistry, than about how many jobs you've had.

I would just list ones you've been at for a while.. not every job you've ever had... I would leave out the 3 month job.

This is like a resume not a job application. Put your best foot forward.
