Work Experience

I have been working on and off in my dad's office for the past couple of years. I helped him out when he had some trouble with some secretaries. Should I include that as work experience on the application, or does it look bad if I worked for a relative?

I don't think it looks bad, but don't expect the adcoms to take it heavily or even care
