Hey everyone, this question is aimed especially at all the ladies.
I'm wondering how difficult it is to strike a balance between work and family as a female optometrist. In general, how easy is it for one to transition between full-time/part-time/time off (to have kids, etc.)? I'm guessing one would have the greatest flexibility as a partner in a group practice, but it seems that in most other situations, it would be really difficult to slow down especially if one is trying to grow (or take over or become a partner in) a practice.
