One of the pharmacists at my job quit last week, saying she is going to be working from home at her new job. I didn't have a chance to talk to her, but I was wondering if anyone knows of any jobs like that? She mentioned managed care?...
Yes, but usually with a camera on you unless you're planning staff (formulary management or policy) since they are more results-oriented than labor. There's some mail order that does it as well that definitely has a camera on you. A very select few civil service jobs work that way (research oversight, Inspector General, CBO, OI&T), but it's more for "mobile office" and to ensure you don't have local ties than telework.
Got to be careful with these gigs. First, the metrics can be ridiculous. We are talking about verifying or at least looking at a high number of scans per minute. I've heard nightmares of pharmacists getting ball-busting calls if they stayed on a screen for too long. Really.
Second, some people are not built to look at a screen for 8 hours straight. To go from the ambulatory nature of retail to being a cubicle monkey is not for everybody. Expect some health issues regarding the perianal region and nasty headaches from looking at a screen nonstop.

Companies like Medco/ESI allowed some people to work from home, though they allow less of it now. Wfh jobs can include RX verification (mail order and specialty pharmacy) to a variety of project management RX plan benefits jobs (managed care), medical information or field work (pharma.)...etc. Though I'm noticing most companies are moving to working live in a collaborative envirmtent- open space. They all have there pros/cons.
I know there are remote verification jobs. It sounds good on paper being able to work at home but I think the pay is generally a lot lower and it'd probably be extremely boring.
It'd be a cool way to make some extra money if you could do it part time though.
