Work study

Sorry if this question has already been answered...Does anybody have any experience with work-study? Is it worth it? Would it be better to take out more loans and be able to concentrate on school and/or internships, etc.? Can you get a job that will give you experience (in the field)? Thanks!

From what I've seen, work study can be worth it because it can help you find a position related to what you want to do. Plus you can make a little on the side and that never hurts C:

I did work study as an undergrad. It helps you because an employer doesn't have to fork over nearly as much of his/her own money to employ you.
