Is it permitted by NHSC to work another job, e.g. at high-end ffs cosmetic offices in Beverly Hills, on Saturdays on top of my full-time NHSC commitment to a FQHC on weekdays?

To my knowledge, there is no issue as long as you are meeting the NHSC requirements. I've read the program guidance a few times and have never seen anything that would lead me to believe otherwise.

The NHSC could not care less. They just care that you work full time at your pre-approved FQHC, for the agreed-upon length of time. They truly do not care about anything you do outside of that.

As long as your main employer doesn't care and doesn't have a clause about moonlighting in your contract, then you're good to go.
