I was wondering if its still possible to work as a regular pharmacy intern after graduation if I haven't received an offer for graduate intern position, or if in this situation, they would have to cut me loose.

i think if you don’t get offer by Specific date usually prior to graduation, they let you go. At least thats how it is with cvs.

May depend on the region/district, but I don’t see why not.
However, they will not pay you at a graduate intern pay rate

I would say probably "yes". Check with your DM or HCS. Your hours is most likely from tech budget => they won't care as much.
