so i'm going to start work at a retail pharmacy. the actual job is a cashier and doing errands, but since i'm pre pharm, the pharmacist said i will get to help out some more. i was wonderingn what to expect at working at a retail pharmacy. he said i could help with things like helping with inventory, so i was wondering what do u do in inventory.

I worked at a retail pharmacy at a small town for about 4 months. You basically are at the cashier and will get people's ordered prescriptions. You will get their insurance cards, and enter their information, etc. You will also check in shipments, and make sure that every drug sent was included in the package. I remember also having to mop floors, and dust the shelves. I remember doing creams, putting them in the orange viles.

You basically do all the grunt work.

Enjoy😀
