I know some countries have restrictions on DO's working there. Some just limit the scope of practice. Yes, I know that's changing as lobbying continues. And yes, in 8-10 years when I'm all done, it could be a much different landscape. But, it might not.
As far as I'm concerned, MD/DO doesn't matter for my education. But, will I be at a significant disadvantage when it comes to working internationally? I REALLY want to be a part of Physicians for Human Rights (PHR). Anybody here work with one of these international organizations or know what I might need to do to ensure I'll be able to participate?
