would anyone like to share their two cents on this? I have never been to a kaiser facility and never knew anyone that worked there to get their input.

I did a rotation at an outpatient Kaiser facility many years ago (so things may have changed.) At the time, I was very impressed with how well-run/organized everything was. The pharmacy was in a medical complex, so it was easy to consult with the doctors. My co-workers there all seemed to be pretty happy with their job.

i did a rotation there as well

the scheduling of pharmacist and techs is very organized and well staffed
very competent techs because they have been there a long time (techs get paid $20/hr there)

one-hour lunch breaks for everyone

pharmacy closes at 7:30 pm (atleast where i worked)

hard to get a job there, not many willing to give up position
