I'm not really sure who to ask about this, maybe you guys have the answer or know the right direction to point me in!
I am currently a first year medical student. So far I like working in a hospital setting, but my bachelors degree was in wildlife biology and I'm itching to have a job where I work outdoors and get to travel, all while still helping people as a physician. I was wondering if anyone knows what kinds of careers there are out there for people like me who want to be an "outdoor doctor" for lack of a better term. I want to be able to have a permanent job in the US, but get to travel occasionally like for Docs without Borders or on adventure expeditions. The only thing I've turned up so far are clinics that are in national parks, which would be awesome, and I'm wondering if anyone else has heard of other things like that.
Thanks 🙂
