Hey so I've been recently accepted to a pharmacy school and I was thinking about keeping my full time job as a part-time job when school starts. How do-able is this? I'm thinking about working 10 hrs Friday evening and 10 hrs Saturday.

Every weekend? Damn. You should definitely be working but also enjoy pharmacy school life!

I worked every friday night like you did for the 1st year. Quit when I got a pharmacy job in year 2.

Im a huge fan of working, especially if its medical related.

Very do-able. I worked 8-16 hours per week 1st and 2nd year. This money afforded me food, gas, motorcycle and gear. These 4 things allowed me to have zero stress levels throughout school but more importantly, made class tolerable when I did go.

It is somewhat medically related, when I go part-time, I'll probably relinquish my project manager duties somewhat but work in the lab as an associate biologist. More than anything, I want to take as little loan money as possible but I'm also thinking about getting a pharmacy tech/intern position at a hospital or retail!

Working while you're in school does a couple of things, it puts money in your pocket, makes you appreciate your time and shows future employers that you have a work ethic. I say do it.
