Working with Elderlys

Just want to ask how is it like to work with Elderlys. Can any kind soul please share certain experiences where they suddenly dont feel like continuing their therapy or don't want to do it at all. Like how to react and lure them to finishing their exercises. And do they have some patterns where they just cheat the therapy machines into recording a rep but was actually like half of a rep or such? Thank you so much in advance!

No difference between elder, younger, or middle aged people. Some people in their 90s work harder and do more than those in their 20s. There is no single rule how to motivate people to do therapy or exercises. You have to approach each person differently. Some people will response better to if you keep motivating them throughout therapy, others will hate it and will do better if you allow them to work on their own term and time.
