workout schedules

We had a board prep meeting yesterday at school. The counselors suggested working out and eating snacks throughout the day to prepare our bodies for the long test day. I was like, SWEET!, I've been training for the boards my whole life. My butt has got to be in killer sitting shape from all the sitting I do in front of the tv! Now if only I was this good at my studies 🙁
 
If there's 5-6 wks only to study for boards like our school, I am only going to workout on fridays/saturdays. I highly doubt there's going to be any time to do anything besides studying during weekdays.

You'll have plenty of time to workout. I studied for 3 weeks and had some great workouts during that time. It's a nice way to break up your studying. You can also multitask and do some of your reading while you're on a cardio machine. Good luck!

I have just under 5 weeks to study, but I intend to work out (maybe run ~10 miles/week). I'll just have my trusty Goljan audio with me. 😉
