I know a lot of people have posted this already, but I just suddenly started getting so nervous about my application : ( I was verified on July 16th but will probably only finish my secondaries by the end of this week. Is the number of interview spots available way lower now? I really thought the Labor Day rule was accurate but now that I've been seeing people get interviews on admit.org I'm getting nervous. Any advice is welcome!

Define "way lower."

I would conjecture that at some schools interview spots through December may be filled. Others haven't gotten there yet. Spots will open up in October once offers go out.
Thanks! The waiting is the worst. Yeah I guess what I mean by "way lower" is if most of the interview spots were taken up early and later in the cycle they only interview exceptional candidates or interview for waitlist. I mean at this point I can't do anything about it, but I just wanted to know how it works.

Sure, some interview offers have gone out already but there are plenty more available and schools know that they need to pace themselves so that they don't run out of invitations before they've had a look at all the applicants (its not great to interview some meh applicants and miss out on some really strong ones as a result). You have a decent shot at interviews if you are complete by September 7th. (the latest that Labor Day can fall).
