what are my chances to get in to a medical school with a mcat score 515 and gpa 2.7 and my background with nonclnical volunteering
Those are the exact stats you gave in your first post, although I don’t see any non clinical volunteering. You have tons of clinical work. You’ve received wonderful advice.
I’m not sure what else you want anyone to say. You have received at least 27 replies from ADCOMS or people heavily involved in med schools admissions. The rest of the posts are from you. Nobody is going to say yes you will get accepted. The closet you’ll get is from the Dean at UMD who bluntly said your GPAs are not competitive.
@Goro frequently says that sometimes you have to apply with what you have, warts and all. And see what happens. There isn’t anybody that will promise you anything. Good luck.

i have completed a personal statement. could i ask anyone here to take a read through? took me 5 months.

Keep in mind you are a Nurse Practitioner ( a darned fine field), and a single mother of a young child. Do you REALLY want to assume the huge debt and time expenditure of 8-10 more years JUST TO GET STARTED in MD/DO? That is a time/financial/debt/ emotional commitment you may not now even be able to wrap your head around at this time. It may well even be a long term financial mistake given the criticality of TIME in investing. Your interest is the practice of medicine. You are doing that, or at least have the quals.
