I'm taking my DAT on October 7th and I'm concerned about time. At this point I still need to go over DESTROYER and I haven't even touched PAT, RC, QR. I have my foundation set for OCHEM, BIO, and GCHEM. Do you guys think I should be good on time or should I think about rescheduling?

Does PAT, RC, QR take less time to go through?

O yeah haven't taken any topscore or achiever tests either.

You have tons of time if you manage it well. Right now you might be in school though huh? So thats going to push into your DAT study time. 1 Month of good studying is enough, thats my take on it.

I really hope 1 month is enough time for me then. I'm starting to freak out a little bit. I'm just concerned about how long PAT will take me to learn. How many times did you guys go over DESTROYER before the test?

Well personally I did the bio twice, gchem twice, and orgo once. I did not do the qr at all. The bio was really quick, the gchem I learned a lot as I said in my DAT post. I thought it was my worst subject and starting to study it was. My practice tests starting out were very low in gchem. I did most all of the kaplan online materials before I did any destroyer though. Did ochem in 1 day (1 day=a good number of hours)

I took my test with somewhat minimal material (no Kaplan course) and limited time (40 hr/week lab job) over the course of almost 2 months. If you have every day to study and a month total you have more than enough time. RC is something you can't study much for beyond taking some practice tests. QR is less important to dental schools so if you can get 20+ on prac tests, which can be done easily after destroyer review, you'll be ok. I can't give much advice on PAT, although the best review is definitely Achiever. It is much harder than the real PAT aside from angle ranking, so expect a score every similar, if not +1 or +2 higher on your real DAT.
