Hi everyone. Quick question I'm hoping you can help me with. I am retaking my MCAT on May 22, however I am worried I won't be ready because I have been getting slammed with work this semester. I am planning on submitting my app early June and want secondaries done as quickly as I get them in. I am looking at moving the MCAT to June 17 (I think that's the date) so my scores wouldn't be in until mid-July. Will schools just look at my old scores when reviewing my app? I'll breakdown my current stats and I am curious if you all think it would be OK to move it.

cGPA: 3.84
sGPA: 3.64
Current MCAT: 12 VR, 11, BS, 8 PS
Good ECs, research 1 year, taking a year off and working in a hospital
Delaware Resident (DIMER Program with Jefferson)

Thanks!

Still considered early if you plan on submitting before you receive your score. There's a box you can check on the AMCAS app saying you plan on retaking the MCAT.

I said this on your r/premed post also, but you should make sure that you need to retake! I doubt you do, look at the stats for percentages of Delaware residents accepted every year through DIMER!
