Would a NASM CPT, CES and PES certification better my chances?

I am currently a sophomore in college, and I have a personal training certification from one of the more highly acredited programs, NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), I also have my CES (Corrective excerise specialist) and PES (Preformance Enhancment Specialist) certification from them aswell. I have done some personal training over at Lifetime Fitness. Would any of these certifications be beneficial to put on a application?

Thanks guys!

I'd go ahead and put them on the application within the narrative that describes your employment in those areas. I think experience working with patients with injuries due to your expertise (if applicable) would be helpful, as it would be "clinical" in nature. But the personal training activity sounds like it would qualify as teaching (also a desirable activity for a med school application), though you'd list it under employment making clear the scope of the activity in the description.

Identify scope. I doubt most people know what the acronyms mean.
