i dont think she could ever have that much power even if she were to be president. Too large of a change and it would take years (in my opinion) to get everything going). Insurance, pharm, and Oil companies control our govt. through lobbying.
All i know is i think it should be up to the doctor to cut deals with patients. If i have a patient jumping off a bus and cant afford her payments then i would be more than happy to work with her on her payments, but if a person jumps out of a bmw i doubt i will have any sympathy. *** This really has nothing to do with what you said though.
