Shouldn't hurt, imo.

It shows that you are well rounded.

It might seem like a sterotype thing and look quite bad on your app. On the other hand...

If you did it during college, and it lasted for a decent length of time (not like one gig), and have room in your app, then put it down.

Wouldn't it be just like any other job on the app?

At the very least it shows that you were doing something productive with your time outside of class.

I got one question for you.....

Can you do BLUE STEEL, MAGNUM, and LA TIGRA......because that would be worthy enough to put on your application.

I would put it under your interests (if that exists anymore). Modelling is really quite irrelevant to dentistry, though they do ask for a 2x2 photo a lot.

Anyways, I still stand by my opinion. It's a pretty interesting/unique EC that may make you stand out.
