I’m very intrerested in both. What I’m suffering with is that if I had to choose between them, I’d be quite saddened by it. Is it possible for my to be a practicing psychiatrist while still being involved in neurology some way? I would like to practice both.

There's a lot of overlap between the two fields. If you look at the research departments of some universities they have psychiatrists on both psych and neurology research.

Yes most commonly via neuroimaging. There are also psychiatrists who do neuroscientific benchwork.

You could still get a Ph.D in neuroscience as well
