I'm a second year resident, CA2, at a very good program in a killer West Coast city. I'd really like to change switch to a different program for my CA3 year. I've got great inservice exam scores, plenty of attendings that will vouch for me, I'd just like a change. Personal Message me if you are a CA2 and are interested in swapping out to the Northwest Coast for your CA3 year or maybe even the rest of CA2. Of course all this assumes that my and your PD would okay something like this.
