So I just found out I was accepted to one of my top choices. I'm now thinking ahead about potential residency options, etc. I'm really interested in Internal Medicine with a Gastroenterology fellowship.

Truth be told, I have a serious (I mean serious) fetish for anus's, feces, gas, farting, etc. Based on my life experiences, I'm certain I'll be turned on by nearly any anus I come across....my patients included. Simply put, there isn't an anus I haven't been attracted to (female only). I understand there are lines I cannot (and never would) cross, but is it unethical if I'm simply getting gratification/intense sexual thoughts from working with/in my patients anus's?

Weird question, I know, but totally serious. Just looking for some informed opinions. Thanks much.

Not sure that I can give you the serious advice you crave, OP, but I've always been told that most students who come in thinking they know what they will want to do with their careers inevitably change their minds at least once.

From my zero experience I don't see anything particularly wrong with some naughty thoughts at work, but personally I wouldn't want to mix work with pleasure like that 😉

Keep things fun in the bedroom and all!

What's next?

Men becoming gynecologists to see vj-jays?

smh

OP also claims (in another thread) to have graduated from Stanford Law School. It's not that I don't believe that, but OP is asking about an "ethical question" after having graduated from Stanford Law, and has a fetish for anuses.

What's next? Seriously.

Instead of a try-hard, we'll call OP a troll-hard:

This merely confirms everything I thought I knew about both law students and Stanford.

This is a super high quality thread.

This makes me feel weird about my GI doc, especially since he's cute.
