This is probably best directed to pharmacy directors but anyone please feel free to comment. I am an ID pharmacist and have saved the hospital i work for roughly 50k in a month and a half. If things go as planned it will be more than 250K in savings after a year. I was wondering if pharmacy directors would consider hiring an ID consulting firm for a set amount of $$'s a month in hopes of similar savings.

Basically, they pay a flat rate, no insurance or benefits for an employee. and they have someone dedicated to watching patients and ensuring appropriate ABX use. Any feedback would be great thanks.
