I would have for top choice med School no questions asked.

I went to a college that was way too hard chasing prestige to get into a “top” med school. The result? I was miserable, depressed, got sick as crap, and feel like I missed out on the college experience so many others have had. I almost didn’t get into med school because of it.

So now? Hell no. I’ll go somewhere that respects me and values my time and effort. If a place can’t offer that I’m happy to walk with my dignity intact.
