Would you ever fill Tramadol 50mg 6/day standing x 90 days? Pt have been on it for a few years with ever increasing dosages. Under what conditions would you fill it?

It's below the max dose. The patient has been slowly titrated up over the course of a few years, too? As long as I don't suspect major abuse and there are no weird red flags, I'd be fine with it.

Yeah, why wouldn't you fill it? Assuming no red flags, and that your state law allows it, there is no reason not to fill a 90 day supply of a controlled medication

SALAD/LASA Trazodone?

6 times per day seems odd but not 6 tabs per day. Still WNL of dosing range & no red flags, appropriate Dx/code, no other scheduled pain meds/MDs, seems ok.

Ummmm, are you talking about trazodone? The OP was talking about tramadol.
