have short non-call days (out ~3pm) with long (24hr )call

OR

have longer non-call days (out at 5 or so) with shorter call days (in at 3pm)?


(call frequency being equal of course)


Any thoughts from the pro's out there?

depends on how busy the calls are. If they go all night then I would take the shorter call days. It would be safer.

If not then I would rather shorter non call days and longer calls.
