hey guys...can sombody explain this...

q) uncomplicated healing of a wound with secondary intention ,observed microscopically at three days is MOST likeliy to show evidence of whcih of the following?

1) mature cicatrix
2)kleiod fromation
3) granulamatous formation
4)lack of acute infmalmtion
5) ulceration of epithelial surface

is there any source to read wound healing in steps..... like what will be seen at specific days of the healing..OR please explain why the ans is 5
