Hello all,
For those who are trained at a dental school who prepares the students for the WREB, I would like to know what the WREB is looking for for an ideal preparation for a Class II composite. More specifically, for a premolar. How far are you supposed to extend the external outline of the prep (i.e. for an MO, are you supposed to prep into the distal pit)? I read the manual, and it doesn't give you any exact measurements, besides how deep the pulpal floor and gingival floor should be, and break Buccal and Lingual contacts (<1mm).
Thanks in advance!
