just took ctp and realized I forgot something med related...what is considered/an example of a "critical error?!"

Has anyone failed due to these?

Hi everyone! I took my ctp exam and actually i ran out of time. I was not able to finish the last prescription. Only half prescription was done and software kicked me out of the test. How bad can this be in terms of my result? Can i fail entire test because of this?

I forgot to put in treatment modifications to ask for a consult from gp to get off warfarin before extractions. Is that a critical error, has anyone failed like that?
