To my dismay I failed the posterior composite...unfortunately i'm starting a residency on the east coast (i'm originally from california). I therefore DESPERATELY need patients because i'm going to retake probably at USC either in the fall or winter.

Does ANYBODY have any idea how I can get find decent patients? Should I contact USC school and beg their students or UCLA??? I'm finishing up dental school on the east and therefore do not really know anyone in california to hook me up with patients. Also i was told that the patient provider services charge between $2000-5000 to provide patients and i am DEAD BROKE, i could afford maybe $200 or so per patient but not that kind of money.

Can anybody offer any decent solutions? I would DEFINITELY APPRECIATE IT!

You can try contacting the school, but you probably won't get much luck since you have no connection to the school and they're trying to find patients for their own students. Your best bet is to try to find patients at your residency. You can also place ads on craigslist for patients. Also start screening your family and friends. Good luck
