Writing about a high school experience in secondaries

What’s the consensus on writing about a high school experience in secondaries? For one of my “leadership” prompts I do not have any real leadership experience from college, only 2 years of being a captain of a varsity sport in high school. If I wrote about that I would discuss managing conflicts between teammates, helping lead our team to playoffs both years, etc. Thoughts?

I think you are thinking about the word "leadership" too strictly. Was their any point within your other experiences where you were put in charge of a task that required you to use leadership skills to excel?

Leadership is much more than titles!

Very good point. I actually just thought of a couple different things I can write about instead. Thanks for jumpstarting my brain 🙂
