There has already been discussion regarding if it is okay to write down formulas before the Physical Sciences section starts, but I want to know where I can find examples of the formulas that are most beneficial to write down. I know this is a personal decision and depends on your own strengths/weaknesses, but I would like to see what other people have done before I decide what I am going to put on my own sheet before the MCAT. Thanks!

I decided against a cheat sheet for my test. It wouldn't have helped me anyway as I don't remember really needing one.

I scored a 9 on PS.

I think you'll have these" memorize" if you do enough practice problems. I "memorize" them by understanding conceptually how the formula works. I also do more deriving than actual memorizing.

It seems like a waste of time... You might spend time jotting down kinematics equations and then get a bunch of optics and E&M passages. If the equations are memorized, you can write them down as necessary for the passages as they come up.

Before you go ahead and write down your equations during the instruction section make sure with the proctors that its ok. I thought it was fine but a proctor ran down and started yelling at me and saying they would have to report it etc. This was just some additional stress I didnt need before starting my test.

But I was writing down the formulas for electricity and magnetism F=qE V=Ed etc
