Writing Checks for Supp. App. Fee

What would be appropriate to write on supplemental application fees that you send directly to dental schools? Say would writing "UCSF SoD" be ok or would it be better to squeeze in the full name?

Either way would be appropriate. However, make sure if it's the school of dentistry, you don't write dental school of school of dental medicine, etc.
